60 Minute Reiki & Restorative Yoga Session

A deeply nurturing session combining personalized restorative yoga postures, hands-on Reiki healing, sound therapy, and aromatherapy. As you relax into each supportive posture, Reiki energy flows through you, clearing blockages, restoring balance, and inviting profound relaxation. This session is tailored to your unique needs and offers a sacred space for emotional, physical, and energetic renewal.

30 Minute Reiki Session

Experience deep relaxation and energetic renewal with a 60-minute Reiki session. This treatment includes intuitive hands-on Reiki healing, soothing aromatherapy, and gentle sound healing to create a calming, multi-sensory experience. Designed to balance your energy, promote emotional release, and support your highest good, each session is a sacred space for restoration, healing, and self-connection.

IN PERSON & ZOOM - Monday Unwind Beginner Vinyasa Yoga

Monday Unwind is a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and ease into the week with mindful movement and breath.
Join me on Monday Evenings at 6:30PM for a beginner level vinyasa flow.
📍: In person Independence, KY
💻: Also available on zoom
Extra Mats and Props will be available for use during in person class.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to class. Doors will lock promptly at 6:30.

Experiencing a full-body Reiki session with Stephanie was nothing short of magical. As an energy worker myself, I’m extremely selective about who I allow to work on me—and I would work with Stephanie again, anytime, anywhere. Her intuitive gifts and skillful technique allowed her to tap deeply into both my energetic and physical bodies, helping me release stuck energy I didn’t even realize I was carrying.

As she moved through my chakras, I could literally feel each one clearing and recalibrating, vibrating at a higher frequency. It was powerful, healing, and profoundly affirming. Beyond her incredible healing ability, Stephanie is also one of the kindest, most considerate souls you’ll meet. Her space feels like a sanctuary—warm, welcoming, and safe.
