Stephanie’s space is welcoming and comfortable. She explained everything very well, and it made me open my mind and heart more than it already was. I was able to pour my entire trust into her hands, and I think that played a big part in how I was able to relax.

Reiki itself was relaxing and blissful. I left feeling like a giant weight had been taken off my shoulders. The scents and oils used during treatment were so subtle, and amazing all in one. She makes sure to take great care in choosing what will be used, and not overwhelming your senses. I am entirely grateful for my experience, and can’t wait for the next session!

I cannot say enough great things about the yoga classes at Mind's Eye Healing! Stephanie is so welcoming and has created a beautiful and peaceful place to practice. I love starting my week with her Vinyasa flow class as a supplement to my home practice, I learn something new every session and leave feeling energized and stretched. Restorative yoga is the perfect way to wind down the week and release stress, I look forward to it all week! So grateful to have Stephanie's classes and I look forward to being a long time student, she is absolutely wonderful.
